Idarica Gazzoni
A former student of decorative design, Idarica Gazzoni draws diverse technique- faux marbling, wood effects and gliding- to enliven her highly original fabrics and wallpapers. Gazzoni’s patterns often inspired by far-flung, exotic locales, strike a lovely balance between the vivid and the serene. Her graphic motifs, many of which are large scale can cover a nine-foot wall, are applied to a wide range of materials- from crisp papers and cotton velvets to linen voiles and silks- all with a grainy matte finish. |
